Many Jews are realizing that Jesus is the Messiah

I have been noticing that there are quite a few videos on youtube that show Jewish people telling their stories of how they came to the realization that Jesus is the promised Messiah. Most all of them have started their search by reading the 53rd chapter of Isaiah then they go to the new testament and are surprised that it is written by Jews about Jews and that Jesus is a Jew. One said he was told that now after accepting Jesus as his Savior that he is no longer a Jew. He said to that person that he is now a completed Jew.
