God Doesn't Answer My Prayer

I prayed for someone who was dying and they died anyway therefore there is no God. I have heard many variations of the above statement. People get mad because God didn’t answer their prayer then decide that there must not be a God because nothing happened. Read the first few verses of the 59th chapter of Isaiah. There are other scriptures in the Bible that cover this and you can look them up and study them. Essentially He is saying here that He doesn’t answer our prayers because there is sin in our lives and the sin cuts communication with Him and He will not hear your prayers. We all are sinners.
Romans 3:23 says, “ For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 5:8 says, “But God commendeth His love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:1, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Romans 10:9-10, “9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Revelations 3:20, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door. I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Many people think that if they are good then they might go to Heaven after they die and if they are bad they will probably go to Hell. But there is nothing in the Bible that supports that statement. That is a lie straight from Hell. Don’t be deceived and ruin your entire future forever. Most of us don’t even fathom the concept of forever. We can never find favor with God through being good enough because it is impossible to please God that way. It is a very prideful thing to be able to say “I earned my way into Heaven by doing this and that.” God will never honor that because it is boasting. Galatians 2:16 says, “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.”
